30 Days Free Returns 

Enjoy hassle free and risk free returns when you shop with us. 

We are one of the largest local online furniture stores in Singapore. We do not have a showroom, so that we can provide you top quality materials with the best workmanship, at the lowest rates ever imagined. 

Because of this, we provide 30 Days Free Returns so that you may have your item picked up and sent back to us for a full refund should you find that it is unsuitable, no questions asked. This is how confident we are with our products. In spite of this scheme, our returns are nearly 0 percent. 

The only items that do not qualify for free returns are:

• Sofas
• Furniture that require on site assembly such as wardrobes and bed frames
• Customisation products, such as all Suar Wood items
• Christmas products such as Christmas Trees, Ornaments, and Decorations
• Items paid with interest free instalments

You may contact us should you be unsure if the item you are buying falls under categories that do not qualify for free returns.

How does it work?

Upon receiving your new furniture, you will have 30 days to decide whether or not you want to return the item. Should you wish to return the item, contact as at [email protected] and we will process the necessary. 

As of late, there has been much abuse over our goodwill offering. Therefore, to prevent abuse, collection will be done only one month after your request to return, and your full refund will be processed the following month. 

Important Notice

Please ensure that your purchase is in resalable condition. Products found with scratches or damages that were not present during the time of initial delivery will not qualify for this 30 Day Free Returns policy.

At Sigmund Home, we have a showroom and yet, we offer a 120 night sleep trial. This is how confident we are of our product. Our rate of returns is almost non-existent.
