Free Delivery: Applicable for all orders $100 and above. Selected delivery date may be liable to a delay no longer than 7 days. Order will be delivered on delivery date anytime from 10 am to 10 pm.
Standard Delivery: Applicable for all orders below S$100. S$10 per location, island-wide. Order will be delivered anytime on selected delivery date from 10 am to 10 pm.

What is the Ador?
The Ador is the first ever stackable drop front shoe box to step foot into Singapore. Having the ability to be stacked to any desired height through its Easy-Stack grooves, you now can effectively store and retrieve all or any of your shoes in a neat manner and see the contents of each box easily. The Ador may also be used to store other items!

What is the maximum height my Ador Shoe Box may be stacked till?
There is no height limit. The Easy-Stack technology allows the boxes to be stacked till any desirable height.
May I use the Ador Shoe Box as a storage solution for other items?
Of course! You can literally store anything that fits.
Why is the Ador Shoe Box different from other storage solutions in the market?
Almost every feature or fact of the Ador differentiates it from the other mass market brands. The most important factor would be the quality and durability of the Ador. When is the earliest I can receive my Ador Shoe Box and why?
The earliest date of delivery or self collection would be 10 January 2018. The boxes are currently still in production and delayed due to our commitment to our Christmas customers on furniture.mason.com.sg/christmas

warranty, refunds, and exchanges
Returns and Warranty Limitations and Coverage:
Only for ADOR (Clear) and ADOR X (Black) Drop Front Storage/Shoe Box purchased locally (in Singapore) from Masons Home Decor Pte. Ltd. for a period of 6 months from the date of delivery. The coverage covers only manufacturing defects of the clear drop front door and excludes the wear and tear or improper use of the product.
Goods seeking a warranty claim are to be brought down to Masons Home Decor Pte. Ltd. via appointment basis only. Book an appointment via e-mail to [email protected] or via what’s app at +65 9384 4885.
Should a defective or faulty item be delivered to you, Masons Home Decor must be notified within 7 days from the date of delivery in order to receive a re-delivery of the rectified item.
Refunds are only allowed for orders of the ADOR or ADOR X that are requested at least 96 hours before the slot of delivery.
